STARRY SPRING NIGHT

Starry Spring Night is a rare Texas Longhorn embryo twin from the IVF flush of Nike Star Tobiano to Cut’N Dried. The embryo split after implantation and was I ever surprised to find two babies up and nursing the recipient cow the morning they were born. They were both very good size calves which is unusual for twins also. The recipient cow is a commercial cow and did an awesome job raising both of them. The two have been inseparable since birth. Spring has her first calf at side, a bull sired by Silent Star. I named him Star-Sky ‘N Hutch. Spring is confirmed pregnant to LAG FIRE for her next calf. (Picture taken 06/10/2026)
